Faron Forsyth Website: https://flranch.weebly.com/

Faron Forsyth was born and raised on a working ranch in SK. Faron has a deep set appreciation for horses and the rural lifestyle, and has dedicated his life to helping others grow and develop as confident, successful horsemen & horsewomen.

Faron grew up riding horses, and started his first colt when he was 10 years old. Faron developed his life long passion for training horses as a teenager when he worked and rode every summer with Pat Wyse of Conrad, Montana. He continued to ride and train horses while working at local community pastures as well as being very involved in horse 4-H while completing his pre veterinary & agriculture studies at the University of Saskatoon. Faron went on to complete his graduate certificate in science.

Faron started his professional horse career at Wilimar Arabians, and then went on to work, ride, train, and show with professional trainer Kevin Pole, 11 time Canadian champion in 7 different events. During the years that Faron rode and worked with Kevin Pole, he also assisted Kevin at clinics. Helping others at clinics made Faron realize that he wanted to keep helping other riders improve and to reach their goals. He was honored to be invited as a guest presenter at the horse expo, demonstrating techniques on developing the green horse and how to progress to a finished bridle horse.

Nichole Neubauer Website: http://www.neubauerfarms.ca/

Nichole is a full-time farmer / rancher on Neubauer Farms located just outside the City of Medicine Hat. For the past 15 years, the Neubauer’s have opened their farm gates to over 20,000 children from the local community to visit their farm to learn all about where their food comes from. This highly interactive, authentic program has earned the Neubauer’s the Cypress County Farm Family of the Year Award for 2016 as well as the Medicine Hat & District Chamber of Commerce Award for Small Business of the Year in 2017. The family owns and operates the original Neubauer family homestead, first settled by Mark’s Great-Grandfather in 1910.

Over the years, Nichole has refined her equine skills by training and selling many horses, giving riding lessons, coaching 4-H members, and judging numerous equine events. She believes that regardless of the riding discipline that youth decide to pursue, teaching the fundamental basics of horsemanship is essential for success in any arena. She is excited to work at the South Alberta Equestrian Academy to assist in the development and delivery of this extremely unique program for the benefit of Prairie Rose students.
